Motion – SMHA will pay Greg Johnson Photography for Midget Rep team and individual photos minus the sitting fee of $75, which will be paid by the team (Shelley/Cal – carried)

- Tournament sponsors have stepped forward, but some fees have not yet been collected.

- A contract has been approved for Arena Board Advertising between SMHA and the Summerland Rec Department. Rory to finalize details.

- We need a strong turnout for the next meeting in regards to the Bantam Provincials as details need to be worked out early in the new year.

New Business

- Team Managers will be given a key for the new office.

- The Bottle Drive will proceed as planned.

- The Team Managers are responsible for collecting team fees by the date determined by the team. If payments are not made by the deadline than the Managers must report this to the executive. Families that are in arrears will no longer be Members in Good Standing with the SMHA.

Motion

– SMHA officiating rates for Jan1, 2008 are to be increased as outlined in the proposed document. Rates will be revisited January 1, 2110.

- Ice cleans for Midget rep games are to be revisited prior to scheduling for the 2008 – 2009 season.

Motion

– SMHA will spend up to $500 for armbands and stickers to be worn in memory of Sam Hanon (Riley/Brenda – Carried).

Motion

- SMHA will donate a food platter for the Hanon family up to a value of $75 (Liz/Riley – Carried)

- The family of Mike Danyluk is interested in donating 5 - $100 bursaries for local hockey players. Rory to follow up.
