Looking for SMHA to participate in Game Day operation of
Summerland Sting Games. Game night
responsibilities are included in hardcopy.
SMHA receives 100% of in house fund raising.
Free admission is provided to all SMHA players and game day
volunteers.
Bill Smythe suggested interactive practices with Sting
players at SMHA practices.
CHA insurance covers sting player participation in SMHA
practices.

Rec staff will provide program as to how advertising will be
done on arena boards.
Mayor Gregroy suggested we contact Rec. Director to inquire
about board advertising.
Mayor Gregory expressed concern about air quality in arena
while resurfacing machine is operating.
SMHA will request funding from Summerland Council in support
of Bantam Provincials. Letter to Mayor
and Council will be provided.
