Motion – The SMHA will purchase 18 sets of 20 Athletic Knit jerseys with tackle twill embroidered crest, numbers on back and sleeve, stop signs and sponsor logos at a cost not to exceed $31,000. ( Bill/ Liz) – Carried

-          The Summerland youth Center is booked for 8am to 5 pm on September 21 for the Level 1 and 2 referee clinic.

Motion – The SMHA will accept the proposed budget for the SMHA Fall Skills Camp to spend up to $8200. (Gregg/ Shelley) - carried

-          A three year contract has been completed between the Corp of Summerland Rec Department and the SMHA.

-          A map of designated spots is available and interest has been shown

Volunteer Screening Policy

-          Tabled to September meeting.

Speak Out Clinic

-          Tentatively booked for Sat., Sept 20 from 6:30 – 10 am at the Summerland Youth Center.

SMHA Office

-          Rory to discuss procedure with Mike F.

Motion – The November Tournament will be declared Atom House and the Dec Tournament will be posted TBA. (Liz / Kim) – carried .
