OLD BUSINESS:

A $200 tournament credit was forwarded to Westside as
decided at previous meeting.

Crystal to investigate a rebate to Santorinis restaurant
due to Arena Board being put on later than scheduled. Crystal will confirm
the fees we will be responsible for with the Rec Department.

unutilized $100 bursaries from the Mike Danyluk Bursary program will be

Bottle Drive Proposal see attached document. A revised
formal proposal will be forwarded to all Executive Members for an email
vote.

The profit from the Peter Puck Piggy Bank sales was $320.

Injury Report for SMHA player, Nelson Hurray, was not
properly filled out. Rory to follow up with the player.

Gregg is working with three coaches to ensure they get
the appropriate qualifications.

Atom Development - $100 for late game change
Motion SMHA will pay the OMAHA fines incurred by the Midget Red and Atom
Development teams. The teams will pay the full amount back to the association.

Motion SMHA will spend $5346 for the 2009 banquets at a net cost of
approximately $2000.

subsidy was declined

AGM Rory will
attempt to reschedule the AGM currently scheduled for April 16 to April 30,
2009.

Sting Games Jodi to discuss format with Sting Officials
and report to the Executive at the May meeting.
NEW
BUSINESS:
-
A parent survey to gain feedback from parents at the end
of the season was discussed.
Motion SMHA will reserve three spots at the Osoyoos Officials Camp held August
3 7, 2009 at a cost of $504/ official. The selected officials will be required
to pay one half of this amount to SMHA by June 1, 2009 in order to attend.
