-  Join monthly executive meetings 
-  Plan scrimmages, Jets Days, & coaches for skill sessions

Senior Director (U13–U18)
-  Be the go-to for all senior team questions
-  Work with other associations on team declarations 
-  Help with player evaluations & team management
-  Organize our year-end senior banquet 
-  Join monthly executive meetings
